Our Commitment to Quality

In the rare event that a warrantied product experiences an issue within the warranty period, we will promptly take corrective action. We will repair or replace any damaged parts, ensuring the repair meets factory standards.

Warranty Coverage

From the moment your timepiece is either retrieved in person or shipped from our offices, it will be covered by the Watch Your Wrist warranty. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to providing seamless service. All shipping costs and insurance for warranty-related repairs will be covered by Watch Your Wrist.

Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee the authenticity of every timepiece we sell or service. If any item is found to be not authentic, we will offer a full refund, unless otherwise specified in the advertising for that particular product (e.g. custom dials, gem sets, bracelets, straps)

Warranty Exclusions

Please note, the following conditions apply to the Watch Your Wrist warranty:

  • The warranty covers only parts and services performed by Watch Your Wrist.
  • It does not cover basic services on quartz watches, water or shock damage, or damage resulting from misuse beyond the watch's intended use.
  • Cosmetic damages, including scratches, finishes, crystals, glass, and straps (leather, fabric, rubber), as well as wear-and-tear, are not covered.
  • Damages due to exceeding the manufacturer's water resistance specifications or physical or accidental abuse are excluded.

Maintaining Warranty Validity

To maintain the validity of your warranty, please avoid third-party services, unauthorized opening, or the addition of non-approved parts (other than straps or bracelets). These actions will void the warranty.

How to Obtain Service

To initiate a service request, please complete the Service Request Form below.

The repair time for your watch may vary depending on the brand and the specific service required. Typically, warranty repairs take approximately two to four weeks. Our team works diligently to ensure each service is performed with the utmost care and precision.

Once your service is complete, we will promptly email you a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your timepiece’s return journey for a seamless and reassuring experience.
