SHIPPING BEST PRACTICES

INTERNATIONAL- Do not ship leather straps with the timepiece!

To ship a luxury watch you must:

  • To ship a luxury watch, securely bubble-wrap the watch and its original box, 
  • then place it inside a smaller, sturdy cardboard box. 
  • This smaller box should then be placed inside a second, larger box, with additional cushioning like packing peanuts or bubble wrap filling the empty spaces.
  • Once packed, head over to the nearest FedEx Print and Ship Center and have the clerk scan the QR code provided by us.  The clerk with print a fully insured label and secure it on the box

NOTE: All our provided shipping labels are fully insured and Overnight Priority via Fedex
